POKE BOOについて
Poke Booはハワイ料理のポケボウルを沖縄県産の生マグロを使用して、全国の皆さんに食して頂きたいとの想いで2023年にウミカジテラスにOpenしました。実は沖縄県、マグロの漁獲量全国３位でとても新鮮なマグロが毎日水揚げされます。新鮮なマグロの他にもサーモンやエビ、タコ、ベビーホタテを用意しており、また8種類の味付けや8種のトッピングをご用意しておりますので、お好みのポキをお作り頂けます。
店舗前には綺麗な海を望めるテラス席もございますので、海や飛行機を見ながらポキを食して頂き素敵な時間をお過ごしください。
Poke Boo opened at Umikaji Terrace in 2023 in the hope that people all over Japan will enjoy the Hawaiian dish, Poke Bowl, using fresh Okinawan tuna. In fact, Okinawa Prefecture ranks third in the nation in the catch of tuna, and fresh tuna is landed there every day. In addition to fresh tuna, we also offer salmon, shrimp, octopus, and baby scallops, as well as eight different seasonings and eight different toppings to create your favorite poke dish.
There is a terrace in front of the restaurant with a beautiful view of the ocean, so please spend a wonderful time eating poke while watching the ocean and airplanes.
